Directions: From the boat at Old Harbor

Leaving the ferry dock, take a right onto Water Street. At the Surf Hotel, Water Street will naturally elbow to the left and head downhill. At the 4 way Stop Sign, take a right onto Corn Neck Road.   The ocean will be on your right as you head down Corn Neck Road. Also on the right, you will see the Fred Benson Town Beach Pavilion. Just after the Pavilion, the road for the The Sullivan House will be on your left.
