How far is the Sullivan House from the Beach?

The heart of Crescent Beach is a 2 minute walk away. Block Island’s best beach, Crescent Beach, is right at the base of our property; just walk down the hill and go over the dune. We are located directly across from the Fred Benson Pavilion.
How far is the Sullivan House from town?

Walk along the beach or Corn Neck Road; you’ll be in town in about 10 minutes.
Driving is 3 minutes.
Do you rent bikes at your location?

Yes, we have bikes and trail maps available for guests to rent.
Do you rent kayaks and SUP boards at your location?

Yes, we are the only Inn to offer on-site access to Great Salt Pond, and guests can rent kayaks and SUP paddle boards.
Do you provide beach chairs and towels?

Yes, guests can rent beach chairs and towels, and easily gain access to the beach.
What other activities are offered?

Corn hole is available for guests to play on the lawn, and tennis rackets are available for guests who wish to play at the public court at Ball O’Brien Park.
Do you have free parking?

Yes, we have ample free parking for guests.
Do you have hairdryers?

Yes, hairdryers are available on request.
Do you have refrigeration?

Yes, there is limited refrigeration for guests.
